- Consult User – View and query GIS information without editing. Suitable for managers and customer service teams.
- Edit User – Add, modify, and delete GIS data. Suitable for network technicians and asset managers.
- Operations & Maintenance User – Use GIS in the field to locate network assets, record issues such as leaks, and support maintenance and incident response. Suitable for NRW and response teams.
- Master Planning User – Plan new networks, perform calculations, and assess network expansion scenarios. Suitable for infrastructure planning and finance teams.
- GIS Administrator – Manage the GIS environment with full privileges, including user access, database structure, system configuration, and backups. Suitable for IT and GIS leads.
